How to position the mud flap correctly
Here’s a description of how to avoid getting water inside the awning by positioning the mud flap correctly.
It’s important to place the mud flap on the awning facing inwards inside the awning. Then place a moisture membrane (tarpaulin) on top. Make sure the tarpaulin runs a short way up the side of the awning. This will direct the water underneath the tarpaulin and you’ll avoid getting water inside.
